About Ten Percent More

Ten Percent More is operated by Lewis-Jay Ashman, trading as Ten Percent More, based in Waterlooville, UK. We provide personal training and coaching services, including online coaching and, where purchased separately, in-person personal training.

• Coaching support and accountability
• Optional in-person training sessions (by separate agreement)

Specific services, inclusions, pricing, and durations are confirmed at the point of purchase or in writing. No results are guaranteed. Outcomes depend on factors including adherence, lifestyle, health, and consistency.

Health & Safety

You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit to participate in exercise. Before starting any programme, you should:

• Consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional if you have any concerns
• Disclose all relevant health conditions, injuries, or limitations
• Follow coaching instructions on exercise technique, equipment use, and safety

Exercise carries inherent risks. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment terms, billing cycles, cancellation rights, refund policies, and any guarantees are confirmed at sign-up and governed by the Client Service Agreement issued to clients before coaching begins. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Payments may be made via subscription or upfront packages
• Late cancellations or missed sessions may be chargeable
• Refunds are limited and subject to the agreed terms and UK consumer law

Liability

Ten Percent More will provide services with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in training, except where caused by our negligence
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law

Clients remain responsible for training safely, using appropriate equipment, and ensuring their training environment is suitable.

Data Protection & Privacy

• Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.
• Health information is treated as special category data under the UK GDPR and is processed only with explicit consent, solely for the purpose of providing safe and effective coaching.
• Full data protection terms are provided to clients on sign-up.

Intellectual Property

All programmes, plans, documents, resources, and materials provided by Ten Percent More are our intellectual property. They are licensed for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

Full Client Terms

All clients are required to review and accept a comprehensive Coaching Agreement & Client Consent Pack before services begin. This pack includes:

• Client Service Agreement
• In-Person Training Addendum (if applicable)
• Informed Consent & Liability Waiver
• Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)

In the event of any conflict, the signed client agreement will take precedence over this website summary.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these website Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.
